If you have already taught your dog the basics and are now looking to advance to the next stage our Improver Class will provide a fresh opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.

It is a natural progression from our Beginner Class or a perfect start point if you have already been training or are looking for a class environment to bring on your trained dog.

In our Improver Class we offer the opportunity for you to take The Kennel Club Good Citizen Scheme Silver Award.

Each class will include a maximum of 10 dogs and is typically 6 weeks long covering;

Relaxed heelwork and obedience: attentive, responsive with clear control around dogs, people and with distractions
Responsibility and Care: advanced knowledge of owning a dog, vehicle/road safety, handling and inspection
Play, Retrieve and Scent work: play with control and skills to sharpen your dog's retrieve and scent ability
Recall plus: at greater distance and amongst distractions
Longer Stay: lengthening duration of this command
Food Manners
